@TAB hey tabby, I tried to go away.but it didn't qork. It got worse. Now at least I have stable housing.

Good morning just enjoyed more cherries, vegan yoghurt and gluten free crushed weetbix for brekky! YAY! This morning did some more inner void meditation and it makes me more mindful and calm. I am aware of my thoughts so they don't go down a rabbit hole. I am a virgo so our minds tend to go in overdrive. My TCM told me to stop thinking but his broken english made it hard to make sense of the implications of what he was alluding to. I found out later that the mind is the slayer of health. This inner void meditation seems to really work for me. I wake up early before dawn and put on my eye mask and earplugs and go into a "mini DIY floatation tank" with this inner void meditation. I can say it has a pronounced effect which carries throughout my entire day. You feel happy at peace and totally calm. Its a good way to be!
