I can hear that you're overwhelmed, tired, and feel as if you have no way out. That sounds really tough. Caring for others can really take a toll🥀.

Thankyou so much, i am just so emotional right now 😞 definitely overwhelmed and more sad that my husband feels like he’s being a burden on me 😢

@Ronzi this is how I regulate difficult emotions of overwhelm, sadness and tiredness. I turn to acupressure and as well as a rejuvenative yoga posture known as legs up the wall, meridian tracing and crystals
The acupressure points work like an escape valve and enable me to face difficult situations involving irritability anger and overwhelm.
The legs up the wall rejuvenative posture is easy to learn its been a reliable and trusty tool in my self care kit for years. You lie on your back sit with your sit bones to the wall and move your legs up the wall until they are vertical while still on your back and your body is in the shape of an "L" You lie here for 15 to 20 minutes and you will feel as if you have come home to yourself and are completely replenished and refreshed.

Another thing you can do is sweep your lung meridian. Lungs hold sadness and sweeping the meridian will alleviate the sadness. Your hands are electromagnetic and can coax the meridian in its proper flow.

I have lived with chronic fatigue and love working with Pietersite crystal. Crystals may be woo-woo to a lot of people but they known infuse your aura with electromagntic energy which translates into physical changes in the body.
