Re: not coping

no idea @tyme but none communicate. they just drop off the face of the earth and ignore msgs.

Re: not coping

From what I know, when they first start, they come once or twice with the hope of getting blocks of work.

Maybe worthwhile asking them from the beginning @outlander ?

What do you think will be helpful tonight for you?

Re: not coping

no before anyone signs up with me they know exactly how it works. im very open with all of that so they can decide from the beginning. @tyme
ive signed up with nurses who also cancel etc but that is regular work guarenteed because the treatment at this stage wont stop for at least a year

i dont know. maybe i should just go to bed. seems to be the most helpful for anything at this stage. ive been asleep most of today anyway.

have work tomorrow but dont want to go. i suppose i have to. bills dont stop

Re: not coping

Hugs to you @outlander .

I'm sorry I can't solve the problems you are facing at the moment. Please just know that I'm here for you.

Re: not coping

its ok @tyme theres not really any solution except for services to be more affordable so people who pay privatley can afford it or i am able to get on ndis so that i can provide the regular shifts everyone wants

Re: not coping

And that's the problem. It seems this NDIS has become such a money-making issue so that others miss out. I'm sorry how hard it is for you @outlander

What time is work tomorrow?

Re: not coping

ndis is so hard now which i understand so it cant be used just by anyone claiming disability but its so hard @tyme

shift tomorrow is from 8am-11am then 2pm-10pm

Re: not coping

Do you get to go home in between? @outlander

All the best with your shifts. I hope it goes okay for you. I know you said you don't really want to do it, but do you think it's a good distraction in a way? And yes, it'll pay some bills I guess.

Hugs to you

Re: not coping

i am hoping to stop home first in between as the afternoon shift is incredibly boring so i want to take my laptop so i can catch up on some personal admin while clients are just doing their own thing @tyme
sometimes its a good distraction but im experiencing alot of hallucinations at the moment so im also more tired and not as focussed/on my game. the daylight helps though so the shifts in the day are good cause once the evening comes around 4ish then i get heaps of them but i wont be able to take my medications till i get home as they make me to sleepy

Re: not coping

Awww... I hear how exhausting those hallucinations are. I wasn't aware that they were so present at this time @outlander

It really helps to explain how hard things are for you at the moment. Is there something that helps with those hallucinations?
