Re: not coping

Hi @outlander

How is your day going?

Re: not coping

very tiring @Snowie
have been experiencing migraines and hallucinations so between those and trying to focus on work i am exhusted.

Re: not coping

Sounds very tiring @outlander

Do you have to work tonight or can you have some time to yourself?

Re: not coping

no work tonight thankfully @Snowie
im thinking if my migraines havent eased by tomorrow ill have to go to hospital for treatment. its day 3 but not quite at a level i cant work- though i shouldnt be!
i plan to watch mafs catchup and the new episode tonight if i can stay awake long enough

Re: not coping

Glad you don't have to work tonight @outlander

Hopefully you can rest and try and get your migraine under control. Three days is a long time to have it.

Glad you've found a show to watch. Don't watch much reality tv. Might have to try mafs at some stage.

Re: not coping

i get migraines for up to a week at a time sometimes @Snowie

i think when i went to work and tried to lift something abit heavier off the floor ive pulled muscles in my neck and back which has set off a migraine attack.

i dont normally watch reality tv but i have seen so many movies-even rewatched all the original disney classics like cinderella, little mermaid, sleeping beauty etc while i had time off.
ive disconnected stan cause there was nothing on there but have now got prime video. they have more of the older tv shows i use to watch on there.
ive been watching lots of documentaries lately

Re: not coping

Does seeing a chiro/physio help with the migraines at all @outlander?

Never had Stan but do have prime too. I like what they have on there.

I love Doco's. Any good one's you've seen that you can recommend?

Re: not coping

no not really re physio @Snowie mine is a nerve disorder that is causing it. massage does help with the compression but sometimes the musles being released can also cause migraines so it can go either way.
if it is still lingering tomorrow ill go up to hospital. its just a few hours on an infusion and sleeping it off and it works a treat normally. ive had it done a few times but i try and manage at home with prn migraine meds, heat packs, cold packs, showers and sleep.
i dont have any sick leave left so i dont have much choice but to work at the moment but i dont have work tomorrow or wednesday so treatment is ideal at this stage if needed.

i dont really know. ive seen so many documentaries
