Was having a little bit of"scanxiety" and was a bit emotional last week but am feeling a bit more at peace with things @RMG. We get the results mid week and take things from there.

Mr D's CT sqcan concerning for disease progression, MRI and follow up appt with oncologist next week @RMG .

Disease progression was confirmed today and is now considered terminal. He is not at end stage, however any treatment he now has will now be palliative. Will continue to ensure oncology/ palliative docs liaise with psych team.
