Re: Cooking my issues away

I make prawn, pork and vege dumplings once in a blue moon @Oaktree and Dognman79.

The kids like them, but I can't be bothered manking them so I just buy the rubbish ones outside. I never use a mold. I just use a little bit of water to stick the 2 edges together, then I press on them.

I never put chilli in mine. I don't have a recipe. I just throw everything in. Chop up the raw prawns, add the mince pork, add a bit of cornflour, seseame oil, booster, and a bit of soy... I think that's it.

I can't remember. The last time I made it must have been 2 years ago or so.

Re: Cooking my issues away

@Oaktree I didn't think I would be a dumpling person,  but now I have a huge list of all sorts of savoury and sweet dumplings to make. My wife suggested we could use it as a sort of ravioli type thing as well.

@jrn

I fancy the dumplings they call pot stickers. You steam them and then fry them on one side.
