we worked this morning but very wet and raining and cool here 

soo afternoon off and lots of coffee

Mr shaz is mowing a lawn by himself this morning,  he does not like too because of his anxiety 

He had 2 attacks  yesterday  and said he was going to take an extra tablet at lunch 

See how he is when he comes home

Not a good day this afternoon 

Worked overtime this morning,  then went food shopping  30kms away 

Put everything  away and got a message about cleaning job tomorrow 

And then it started the overthinking and stressing out big time for my Mr . shaz
